Hi,
There's a great app for working with and creating Soundfonts called "Polyphone", it's already in Debian but it seems to be in slumber mode:
It's developed here: https://github.com/davy7125/polyphone
It seems like Debian's watch file is pointing to an incorrect git Repo:
https://sources.debian.org/src/polyphon ... ian/watch/
A Debian Bug has been reported with no apparent resolution:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugrepo ... ug=1053276
Apparently to manually compile on Debian there is a typo in the source code (see post 7 here):
https://linuxmusicians.com/viewtopic.php?t=27551
This isn't a life or death Package by any means, I didn't know if an intervention could clean it up and get it into MX?
*ADDED: There is an Ubuntu Deb on their downloads page, perhaps it can be tweaked for Debian/MX?

Debian not answering the Polyphone... can MX?

Re: Debian not answering the Polyphone... can MX?
Polyphone 2.4.0+git20241010 is now available for i386 & amd64 in the MX-23 Test repo.
It reports as 2.4.1 - which hasn't been released yet - but I needed to build from current git to get the compile error fixes and the version change had already been committed. When 2.4.1 is released I'll rebuild.
Arm packages to come when my internet service gets repaired from the hurricane - I'm running on cellphone hotspot.
