Adding auto-cpufreq to MX Linux

Hi guys,

have you seen/used auto-cpufreq?

It is a replacement of TLP that promises a longer battery life.

Perhaps it could be considered as an alternative to TLP in MX Linux that is used by default if the battery life can be prolonged thanks to it.
