there isn't anything wrong with the mxpi entry, which doesn't use the steam repository. from what I know of steam, you don't actually need the steam repo enabled after you install the initial deb, as it updates itself on startup. at least the version MXPI installs does that.

So I suggest updating the key from whatever source set up the steam repo. you can also try MX Fix GPG Keys tool (checkaptgpg).

to remove the signed-by parameter, as I'm pretty sure fix gpg keys downloaded a good key, but the deb entry is pointing to the specific expired key. probably the deb-src line too.
