Thanks! It was shot with a retro, manual lens Raynox 135/2.8. It was really hard to focus. ;)

Little fluxbox bling-bling

Created a light blue-green shadow effect to windows, menus and conky borders that matches my root menu.
Blur programs that sit behind my terminal.

I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my Fluxbox is useless. Without my Fluxbox, I am useless.

Latest scrot of my customized fluxuan (devuan-based) desktop. Fast and snappy, even when running from usb.
System uses under 3,6gb disk space; and pkg count a little over 1050 only. Did I mention it's systemd-free ?

Nothing special. Tweaked tint2 so that the colors match my fluxbox style tron blue.
Changed icons to text. flux23 brings up XFCE App Finder and Evacuate brings up exit-options.
Font for those two are Rock Salt and the clock's font is LCD. Here is the background image

Debian point-release 12.7 just hit the devuan repos too. Upgraded my fluxuan-daedalus install accordingly.

hello JayM and everyone
fluxbox ShowDesktop (toolbar uppercase D button is ShowDesktop)
shows iDesk Launchers covered by conky.
Delayed Quickshot icon.

do get rootmenu on conky. normal window conky with icon in iconbar is used on larger resolution, but this small display skip text taskbar.
xfce4-panel plug-in Window Menu is a rival in a small space. (add to fluxbox a panel the size of a down-arrow, hide intelligently, alike middle-click having wm controls.
Speaking of hide intelligently, part of the beauty of [Delay]Quickshot is silence; or send a notify success. maybe your conky is showing quickshot process.)
enjoy text fluxbox iconbar window management for every window, conky too.

fluxbox native toolbar with toolbar.buttons i.e rofiLauncher, volumeCtrl and show/hideDesktop),
using fluxbox' spacers for precise spacing of toolbar.tools elements :

Code: Select all

session.screen0.toolbar.tools:	spacer_8, button.homenu, prevworkspace, workspacename, nextworkspace, spacer_4, iconbar, spacer_12, button.volume, systemtray, prevwindow, nextwindow, clock, button.dsktop, spacer_8
fluxbox style: minimo
gtk theme: gruvbox-dark
