Vivaldi (6.7.3329.39 Stable) has a very long cold start, i.e. approximately 60s.
I have started this thread on the Vivaldi forum,

and the discussion seems to point to an issue with combination of MX and Vivaldi configurations, but as yet, everyone seems to be stumped by it.
Can you please shed some light on this?
