Other IBM laptop. 1tb ssd started locking up. Probably because I dropped it on the floor way back when I installed it.
Put a spinner 300 gig Samsung sata in it. That I had on the shelf.
Could not take a snapshot because of ssd lockups.
Running live only wants to take a snapshot of live run.
So install from scratch.
Took a couple of days to straighten things out.
End result.
I can live with this fresh install.
