Is anyone using Gnome-Network-Displays to WiFi screencast to their TV?

Help for Current Versions of MX
When asking for help, use Quick System Info from MX Tools. It will be properly formatted using the following steps.
1. Click on Quick System Info in MX Tools
2. Right click in your post and paste.

I am afraid I don't see anything here that helps me figure it out.

I have a Realtek onboard WiFi that works well in Windows but doesn't work for casting in Linux. That is why I tried the USB device which worked for me. Given that you were able to use it in Devuan there is hope for your device working in Linux.

Perhaps someone else can help. We can't be the only ones who want screencasting in Linux.

I installed the package sources, but can't find the error messages in them with grep, so its beyond by ability even to figure out what the cause of the messages are.

It bothers me that on the same machine, Devuan works and MX doesn't.
Too many years to remember and too many computers to list.

I guess my next efforts will be to try the other newer Debian kernels. I have gotten farther with MX than antiX, but not far enough to make the TV screen try to switch. On Devuan, at that point it goes black for a second and then I get a message on the PC saying its starting to stream.
