antiX-23.1 released

We finally got there.
This point release is primarily a bug-fix release, but it does include a lot of improvements and some new applications.
Many thanks to all who worked on this release as programmers, translators or testers.
Those using antiX-23 do not need to re-install

I have been testing this all through our development cycle and it's been working great. Today I installed and performed my personal customizations on the completed work and it's equally solid, as it always is.

@ProwlerGr reported that he has also created an init-diversity alternative for MX Linux, along the same lines as the versions he recently put together for antiX; that will also be well worth a look for those able to run more than one distribution; lots of good news today!
