mx-apps does not upgrade due to papirus-folder-icons not available and mx-locale need libc6 2.34

Can't upgrade package due to dependency errors in MX 21.3 (Debian 11):

The solution is to wait. Packages are not yet in the repos.

Yes, will be shortly on the repos, probably starting to show up on mx's own mxrepo's and get mirrored over time to the other repo mirrors.
