Start synaptic mit ERROR

Nach gksu synaptic kam folgende Fehlermeldung:

Starting synaptic
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Xapian::DatabaseModifiedError'
Abgebrochen

Habe lange gerätselt, gesucht und nichts gefunden.

Die Erleuchtung :idea: kam mit:

update-apt-xapian-index

Ich kenne mich mit Xapian nicht aus.
Eventuell hat jemand Ahnung, wie es zu dem Index-Fehler kommen konnte?

Hallo Loik,

eigentlich war ich nur der Meinung, dass damit der Index neu aufgebaut wird. Danach startete synaptic wieder normal.

Nun wollte ich ergründen, was den Index zerschossen haben könnte? Eventuell der BIOS-Fehler? :confused:

Ja, meine schlaue Antwort hätte ich mir sparen können.
Ich müsste es nur mal auf die Reihe bekommen ordentlich zu lesen und zu verstehen.
Tut mir leid, ich hatte es gänzlich falsch verstanden.


Zu deiner eigentlichen, verbleibenden Frage habe ich gar keine Antwort.
