Question about wallpaper leh_6

Question about wallpaper leh_6

I'm curious about the location of the wallpaper leh_6 at /usr/share/backgrounds/leh_6-1920.png. The attached image is a reduced file size of the original.

I'd like to know where the mountain and the houses below were photographed.

The post where it was posted is here. and it says
"These photos are from Leh, Capital of Ladakh, India at an altitude of 12000 ft, a cold desert."

Thanks for the info. I do lots of traveling in my imagination, but doubt I'll ever travel there. 9_9
