Suggesting creation of 'Guide' or 'How-To' subforum

Every so often someone posts some guide or steps, how to do something. Like this one:

These are jewels that eventually gets lost over time, covered with new subjects. I tried to search for them, but I can only find a few. Is there a chance, that we would have a dedicated subforum just for posts like this? They would be in one place, easy to locate and browse over.

There is a tips and tricks forum. People can use that.

I guess that is a 'NO' then and will stay how it is, most guides lost with time.
