GPG error after upgrade to 23

Attempting to upgrade from 21 using these instructions:https://mxlinux.org/wiki/system/upgradi ... nstalling/

The upgrade stopped at one point and i ran "apt --fix-broken-install" as suggested and it finished without further problems.

Rebooted and tty1 was broken with a samba error and displayed no prompt. The other ttys were working ok so i switched to tty7 and logged in to xfce.

When i tried to run mx-packageinstaller to update the kernel i got this error:

Any help very much appreciated. I think i can fix the samba error with tty1, but i am new to debian lineage distros and dont know how to fix the above.

Generally, GPG errors are fixed with the MX Tool "Fix GPG keys"

Did you skip this step by any chance?
