MX23RC about to be released?

#1 Post by mklym »

I noticed the MX23beta2 feedback thread is locked. Does that mean the Release Candidate is going to be posted today? Thanks.

Yes, that was what I figured was going to happen when I saw the beta2 thread locked.
Another outstanding effort. Thank you.

@Jerry3904 @Adrian I grabbed RC1 (fluxbox) in the morning and installed it.

Will there be much of a difference between tomorrows release and what I installed?
This is my Fluxbox . There are many others like it, but this one is mine. My Fluxbox is my best friend. It is my life.
I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my Fluxbox is useless. Without my Fluxbox, I am useless.

The ugly installer will be gone and All Apps localization will be improved--I think that's all. I'm not sure ATM how much of that will come through standard update but I wouldn't reinstall if I were you.

Thanks @Jerry3904. I was caught off-guard with the black with white lettering installer but it was fine. I do have one issue which I will post to the RC1 thread. Seems minor to me.
