Oops: I was posting that on my MX-21.3, will correct.

Re: fluxbox-remoteMelber wrote: ↑Mon May 29, 2023 10:59 am On the subject of the fluxbox init file, is anybody else seeing this behavior?
- manually edit init file and save (eg. change session.screen0.slit.autoHide: false to true)
- fluxbox menu > leave > refresh
- edit to init file gets overwritten/reverted
Changing the fluxbox-remote commands in the menu-mx file from
fluxbox-remote reloadstyle; fluxbox-remote reconfigure
to the old command
fluxbox-remote restart
leaves the edited init file as is.
Does nobody else have this issue?
Re: MX-23 beta 1 feedback thread
Good to refresh our collective memory--will test now.
If I follow your steps using a different command (session.screen0.slit.maxOver: false) then I do not see that problem.

Hmmn, presume siamhie tried session.screen0.slit.autoHide: too.siamhie wrote: ↑Mon May 29, 2023 11:22 amYes. I can duplicate it. Reverting back to fluxbox-remote restart fixes it.Melber wrote: ↑Mon May 29, 2023 10:59 am On the subject of the fluxbox init file, is anybody else seeing this behavior?

Re: Fluxbox Dock unhide not working
Adding this to the overlay file seems to have fixed the issue for me without the need for bevel color/transparency adjustment
Very strange that this bug only seems to affect 1366x768 screens.
Unhiding works fine for docks with borders in mxfb21.3 on the same machine.
Oh well, looks like it's auf Wiedersehen dock border...

Re: No option to select desktop-session in Sddm MX-23 beta 1 KDE Plasma
I have installed kwin-wayland package and all its dependencies to login into wayland session. But there is no entry for selecting desktop session in Sddm.
I tried this even booting through systemd, but still there is no entry in sddm for selecting desktop session.
