I can certainly fix it, though it's just a bit of a pain because I'd need to get the images together again and recreate the image. I usually don't keep the raw .pdn files once I'm satisfied with the picture in order to conserve space and because I find I never need the raw file anyway to recreate the image from scratch. I can look at something and I'll usually know almost exactly what I did.
TL;DR - I can fix it, no problem, but it's a bit annoying. Are you sure you really want this?

otherwise no.
(Of course, if it is adopted, it will be registered in the repository semi-permanently.
It may be better to not have any regrets.)
