In a terminal run

Code: Select all

sudo minstall-launcher
or

Code: Select all

sudo minstall-pkexec
Note: depending on the environment in which you are going to launch the installer, you may not need to preface the command with sudo.
HP 15; ryzen 3 5300U APU; 500 Gb SSD; 8GB ram
HP 17; ryzen 3 3200; 500 GB SSD; 12 GB ram
Idea Center 3; 12 gen i5; 256 GB ssd;

In Linux, newer isn't always better. The best solution is the one that works.

if you are talking about the cli spin of MX, you'll need to use the cli-installer

Code: Select all

sudo cli-installer
should do it.

FYI: mx "test" repo is not the same thing as debian testing repo.

I think it should mention that on the screen before you log in.

Let me know if you have any feedback about CLI and installer. This is by the way my personal project and not supported by MX so people on the forum might not even know about it even less know how to help.
Also, keep in mind: "This ISO is only for EXPERTS."
