Why didn't you use MXPI? That version is in the test repo tab.

Re: FVWM3 how to launch and configure?
I am using the test repo fvwm3-1.0.5+ds-1-mx21+1, and it works fine.
It also adds the Fvwm3 login in the window manager. After loading, this is how the default configuration looks (without the terminal and file manager):
https://rasatpc.net/fvwm-ext/index.php/ ... _in_action

Re: FVWM3 how to launch and configure?
MX 23 included fvwm3-1.0.6a in the stable repo.
Re: FVWM3 how to launch and configure?
Well, Debian did in their stable Bookworm repo, so we get the benefits.
MXPI = MX Package Installer
QSI = Quick System Info from menu
The MX Test repository is mostly backports; not the same as Debian testing
