So, there it goes. You know it's always just a matter of time with Windows. That sh*# p$s#e off. I guess I didn't really pay that much for it, with a "Mini-PC" Beelink u59. Upgraded to 32GB RAM, it's decent! But that OS never really installed on that system to my satisfaction. I had a lesser quality model from that same company which I returned because something was rattling inside, man that system ran so much better. It was an older model. I guess they had the bugs worked out more or somethin'.

Anyway. So here I am on the MX-Linux box! Alright! Cool. I'm glad I have this! I rarely get on this GUI, but it's decent! I'm disappointed that I stayed so long in the Linux Mint camp, TBH. This is more my speed. I used to run, i think "Lubuntu"? LXDE is cool. Real lightweight, but not too lightweight, and it's easy to customize the desktop. I remember that being cool about it!

Is there an LXDE version of MX? That'd be cool. I think this is Mate.

$h#t is still rebooting. And believe me, it wasn't like I was moving super fast to get over here. So you know it's been a while. I always end up doing something stupid, like opening a software I shouldn't have opened. Or try to get CodeLight to connect to this box via SSH. The system doesn't like that for some reason. See how janky that is? That's crap, really. I think I've reinstalled Windows 11 like 3 times on that thing already. I forget how I got started on that routine. Either something with the soundcard messing up-- which-- yes, it did. Or... something just slipped my mind. But you get the point. I felt like I got garbage twice in a row, but for different reasons. It's sad really, but what can you do. I don't keep up on this stuff. I would buy something quality. This was recommended to me. I think it's a reasonable deal, for what it was. If you need Windows, ya know? I do prefer that desktop. Plus that monitor is way better. Gettin' old. Don't feel like movin' around. I turned 50 last week. That's messed up too. LOL!

I hate it when it says that. You can never be certain if you hold the power button in until it shuts down, like a whining plastic piece of some kind of fabric which probably didn't originate on this soil. I would venture to guess considering the forum. I asked help on that re-installation routine. I think that post is still unanswered.

Hey, thanks! That's cool! I'll check that out. That's why I was posting here!!! Yes. I wanted to mention that I don't like the way the GUI is on here, for "Save" file. The button is in the opposite side of the window, on the top. Not opposite side, but still. Force of habit. I go for the wrong button. I'm sure you can relate to that. :bagoverhead:

NOTE: Also. This thing is weird. When you hold the button and it shuts down, it automatically turns back on after like 5 seconds of being "off". I'm not particularly fond of that feature, but that's the least of my worries right now. Oh I cry to the gods for the pain and sadness of growing old. I can't see anymore trying to write code. I hate that too. Hahaha. What can ya do...

This thing came back on, so I'm going to hop to it and see if I can get this SCSS ... whatever I'm trying to finish up. I swear to stuff my god is haunted. I think it's comping the .css into one folder, and I can't find it. Anywhere! I don't know what's going on. I think i figured that part out, but it never updates. I have to figure out where the URL is messed up. it's saying
