I want to Exclude all the files from /home/Username/ directory other than SETTINGS, ETC files.

I want to retain all the modifications, changes, theme changes etc done to MX Linus OS after installation. I want to Preserve all the settings but want to exclude all other Data Files in above mentioned directory.

But mostly, my need is that i have to create folders which includes audio, video and documents for that Task. So I need to create a Folder by Task name and have to make sub folders in there with Videos, Audios, and documents.
So I need different structure.
