How to add new themes and icons in MX21

Icons and Theme styles are delivered as tarballs. I have no idea if they work
unzipped.

==How to add new theme style==

1) Open File Manager and select appropriate tarball.

2) Open Window Manager (NOT the Appearance style column) and locate
Theme column.

3) Drag tarball to Window Manager theme column...Presto


==How to sdd a new set of icons==

1) Open File Manager and select appropriate tarball.

2) Open Settings Manager/Appearance/Icons

3) Drag tarball to Icons column...Presto

It seems that this only works in certain cases, and is not always what is needed.
