Searching the forum, I found some conversation about MX on the SP4 but it didn't seem to go terribly well. I have a SP7+ for work and it's currently running Pop!_OS. I don't really need the touchscreen because my manual dexterity is kinda poor with such a large screen but I enjoy using the pen. I have a separate question about that open on the linux-surface discussion board here: https://github.com/linux-surface/linux- ... ssions/953
I was curious if anyone has managed to get MX running on a SP7+ with the ithc-linux code included? I am going to try to boot a live USB copy of MX but I don't think I can get linux-surface and ithc-linux installed that way unless it's configured for persistent storage? I'd rather not run the installer just yet because this is my daily work machine.

@zandoval Thank you so much for resurrecting a nearly year old thread with no substantial contribution at all.
