I'm running a personal test snapshot right now. After i make the Live USB, I'll test it out and see if my network settings are saved and connect successfully. Will report back soon.

Ok I ran a personal snapshot with the latest snapshot version, with network connections settings saved, made the Live USB successfully, and did a test run. Neither wifi or even hardwired connections are working. Any ideas anyone?

And the question immediately arises. Why spread the broken users? We follow the path of Windows - we will check on users how it works? So I left windows because of this. I have great respect and gratitude for the MX Linux team, I have been using MX for many years, but let's be responsible for our products.

Hmmm where to start...

Windows has thousands of paid developers... MX has probably 10 active unpaid volunteers.
Only a small percentage of MX Users use Snapshot..
You reported this issue on Sept 9th, they've released 2 updates since then, they are obviously working on this..
There is no Snapshot 'product' it is free, open source software with no guarantees yet they still maintain and improve it..
MX is nothing like Windows (not that there is anything wrong with Windows) so you better adjust your expectations to the 'get real' setting..

I mean, why post an unverified product to everyone? And then people look for mistakes in themselves. The snapshot of the system used to work normally, why did you need to change something?

That's a good question, I thought it was tested enough but I didn't test everything

Feel free not to use my program if you are not confident in my programming.
