Boot from LiveUSB and remove
/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf
on the root partition of the installed system.

i have installed

MX-21.1_fluxbox_x64

it is better than

MX-21.1_fluxbox_386

and

MX-21.1_x64 and AH.

i have installed over UEFI USB Live Stick and boot always with UEFI HDD.

speed of open and using of apps is ok. could be better but it is ok.

only bad thing is intallation of apps takes a lot. for example gimp. 20 minutes are gone and he is by 23%.
why is it so i do not understand.

when i have an update it would take a week.

That sounds like the main repository you are currently connected to is having problems. Go to Repo Manager in MX Tools and switch to the repository located in Alblasserdam, The Netherlands. This repository is owned and controlled by the MX team and since you reside in Germany is close to you.
HP 15; ryzen 3 5300U APU; 500 Gb SSD; 8GB ram
HP 17; ryzen 3 3200; 500 GB SSD; 12 GB ram
Idea Center 3; 12 gen i5; 256 GB ssd;

In Linux, newer isn't always better. The best solution is the one that works.

Have you gotten the main thing working all ok before installing these other things? Like screen and whatnot?

Maybe run speedtest on that install in a browser before installing other things.

The possibility exists that you are being throttled by your ISP.

It's also possible that the laptop's wifi card has died. You can easily check if the wifi card is the bottleneck by running an Ethernet cable from the laptop's RJ45 jack to your router. if the wifi card does need to be replaced, here's how:

The throttling is why I suggested the speed test. :) I mean.. that would show, I guess.
