Web App Manager

#1 Post by TuxCrazy »

Hi,

Linux Mint team is working on a new app called Web App Manager. I think it is a useful and interesting tool that users can benefit from.
Is it possible to include that app in MX Linux too? Probabaly, MX team can think of contributing to the development of that app and make that app available in MX repos too.

Thanks

It’s already been in the MX Test Repo. Install it via the MX Package Installer > MX Test Repo tab

TuxCrazy, this is the procedure for making package requests:
viewtopic.php?p=455532#p455532

You can also search repology to see if a package is already in MX, before making a request.

You bet, don't mention it, I'll be maintaining this one from here on out unless something changes.

If anyone was tracking this thread or comes across it in a search....

webapp-manager 1.1.0 is now in the MX-19 Test Repo

Please use MX Package Installer to install it, DO NOT enable the MX Test Repo manually.

What an idiot! (Me, that is!)

I installed Mint on a spare partition just to have a look at this app, when I hadn't noticed that it was here all along. Brilliant work!

Try the stable tab in MXPI. It's not on the Popular Applications tab, but is on the Stable tab.
