Evolution Mail 3.38.3-1 Problem with printing

#1 Post by Roberto »

Hi all,

unfortunately, there is once again a printing problem with Evolution Mail. It is not possible to print a mail, every time the error message "Printer not found" appears.
I have installed MX 21 and the version of Evolution is 3.38.3-1.
On another computer is still MX 19 installed and there is the Evolution version 3.35. Here print works fine.

As a test I have installed the flatpak version 3.42.2.
Printing also works here, but this version can not be switched to my dark theme.

Does anyone have an idea if the problem can be solved in version 3.38.3-1, or is it a general Evolution Mail problem?

Here is my configuration:

Re: Evolution Mail 3.38.3-1 Problem with printing

I found out, that version 3.38.3-1 is outdated and that the current stable version is 3.38.4.
Maybe this can fix this issue.

How is it possible to upgrade evolution mail to this version?

Greets
