Help with the version of MX KDE officially released by the Development Team.
When asking for help, use Quick System Info from MX Tools. It will be properly formatted using the following steps.

Most of the time when I run apt update it took over 100mb to just update repos. Is this normal. Below is the update detail

Thanks @i_ri . But my question is why it needs 100mbs everytime to update repos.

I'd probably fix the repo's first, to get rid of the shown repo errors.

Note: On live-boot apt's package cache is not saved even with persistence enabled.
You might need to adjust live-save exclude list, depending on the used persistence type:

Also in case the automatic re-assigned repo at live boot is not what you want, I would change repo during live Session and adjust live-boot parameter with "norepo" from with the Live Boot Option menu in order to keep the one you selected.

On Frugal Liveboot just add "norepo" to the grub-menu.
