Sorry to ask, but what does this tool really manage? Tint2 settings? Several Tint2 instances? Both?
On the other hand, the name Tint2 doesn't give any clue to newcomers about what the tool refers to. Wouldn't it be clearer if the tool name were just "Panel Manager" (or "Panel Settings" if it's only the case)? Alternatively "Tint2 Panel Manager" (or Settings).

My thinking is simple: the user clicks on it one single time, and after that all is clear. It's not a kindergarten class.

FWIW: we use that term in all the announcement Blogs, and I expect that every single user we have knows how to do a web search.

I have tested several versions of Tint2 Toolbar created by PPC in antiX with Fluxbox desktop, the name PPC used was FT10.
You are absolutely right, if there is no information to manage the Toolbar or the Panel, the user has no way of guessing what Tint2 is just by its name. Full communication is always the best way to understand most MX Linux users.

Thanks for letting me know about these .desktop files to be translated. I don't have so much free time to follow two forums (antiX and MX Linux), the Telegram groups (especially the MX Linux & antiX Brasil group), the WhatsApp groups, etc. Transifex is still the best way for us to collaborate on translations of both operating systems.

Eu testei várias versões da Barra de Ferramentas do Tint2 criadas pelo PPC no antiX com a área de trabalho Fluxbox, o nome que o PPC utilizou foi FT10.
Você tem toda razão, se não houver a informação que é para gerenciar a Barra de Ferramentas ou o Painel, o usuário não tem como adivinhar o que é Tint2 apenas por seu nome. A comunicação completa é sempre o melhor caminho para a compreensão da maioria dos usuários do MX Linux.

Eu agradeço por me informar sobre estes arquivos .desktop para serem traduzidos. Eu não tenho tanto tempo livre para acompanhar dois fóruns (antiX e MX Linux), os grupos de Telegram (em especial o grupo MX Linux & antiX Brasil), os grupos de WhatsApp, etc. O Transifex ainda é o melhor meio para podermos colaborar com as traduções de ambos os sistemas operacionais.

I am completely in line with you. I find Tint2 meaningless. It's quite simple, I have never tested Tint2 because it doesn't speak to me.
