My concern is or was that if Docklike makes it into the release version of MX-21 as is, it would generate a lot of help requests, bug reports and negative reviews. I personally would have had to remove it and install launchers and window buttons to get the expected functionality. Others may not know how to do that.
I will package the latest version probably in the next day or two and hopefully it meets everyone’s demands before final release.
OK, cool. I hope it fixes the icon issues! :smile: They're the only thing I have against Docklike now that I've learned how to use it. It takes some getting used to, having the same panel icons act both as launchers and indicators of what's currently running.

In case there's such a file just delete it: /etc/X11/xorg.conf

It’s not in the MX-21 Repo yet. Stevo had done it before, but if you want to give it a go I’m sure he won’t mind.

We can follow up on our PMs cause I think your build system was still not able to do MX-21 packages.

BUG I cannot change NTP servers... I go in the MX Date & Time application, "Network Time" tab, change the first one to "Server", put "time.nrc.ca" for address, clear option. When I click on "Apply" it reverts to Pool/0.debian.pool.ntp.org

Can anyone reproduce it?

EDIT: @dolphin_oracle bug confirmed

I get the same result.
HP 15; ryzen 3 5300U APU; 500 Gb SSD; 8GB ram
HP 17; ryzen 3 3200; 500 GB SSD; 12 GB ram
Idea Center 3; 12 gen i5; 256 GB ssd;

In Linux, newer isn't always better. The best solution is the one that works.

@dolphin_oracle

You also need to add firmware-sof-signed_1.7-1 to the ISO image.
Thanks for the help.
@Andrii did you do any other configuration, pass any options to the snd_hda_intel module? I've added the three packages and still my card is detected as HDMI only.

@jbernardo
Just installed alsa-topology-conf, alsa-ucm-conf and firmware-sof-signed_1.7-1, rebooted the system and it worked.
