Why isn't AppArmor installed and enabled by default? [Solved]

Why isn't AppArmor installed and enabled by default?

It was made default in debian 10 if I remember correctly?

Because some apps don’t run with apparmour installed when running off a live usb.

FYI: mx "test" repo is not the same thing as debian testing repo.
