Create a Russian Virtual Keyboard?

Hello, my question is:
Is there a way to create a virtual keyboard that it's just Russian?
I mean in a way that I can use it to write for my Duolingo challenges, without having to switch my Spanish Keyboard config, and also be able to "see" the letters I'm typing.
I would like to just have a hovering window with the russian keyboard and just click on the letters to write for the parts where I have to type in Russian inside Duolingo.

I've found onboard but I think it follows the system config so I can't change the language it uses.

Do keep in mind that I don't want to add a system-wide Russian keyboard layout, because so far I can only use it on duolingo and it wouldn't make sense to use it anywhere else.

Appreciated but this is not what I am asking for, there's plenty of websites that allow for this, but copy-paste functionality is not something practical.
