You can talk about other distros here, but no MX bashing. You can email the developers of MX if you just want to say you dislike or hate MX.
Can't get the ctrl key to work, but that is livable
edit: it does work, tried setting up a keycombo. But won't select all and copy and paste and such.. weird haha. Ah well.
Massive remodel going on on the house, so Thursday I will be working from this.

I've spent the past week on a 10-year old, 6 pound, 17-inch Dell laptop which has a battery life of about 30 seconds. I think I'd happily trade for an eeepc with a wonky control key.

Oh.. I might.. dunno. This works for what I need to do that day
Just a bit more slowly hahaha.
The key works.. it registers when I want to make a keycombo shortcut thing, it shows as multikey, and then when I hit another key the multikey bit disappears and just the letter shows up as if I have pressed Shift. It is the ctrl key.
Ah well.. as said: minor annoyance. This is better than working on my phone!

She probably shouldn't be messing with updating the kernel right now, when it's going to be the only machine available to her for work during this period. :-P
