Can't help you very much with no Quick System info or anything. I assume you're using OBS Studio (but I have no idea what that has to do with gaming.) Did you try searching the web for the error message? I did and every indication is that it's a video driver issue, so again, you can't be helped until you provide the Quick System Info (just run it then paste in a reply, don't copy/paste) as we have no idea what video card or GPU you have or what version of its driver.

Regarding War Thunder, whatever that is, again we can't help you with assigning hot keys/shorycut keys as we don't know what desktop environment you have. Also and per the forum rules, which please read, you need to start a new topic for each issue or help request.

Let me know how to run the report and you get it, yes it is OBS and I used the MX NVIDIA installer which also said nvidia encoding installed.

Next question: how did you install OBS Studio?

Also your system would benefit immensely, especially for gaming, if you enabled the ahs repo in MX Repo manager on the third tab from the left (Individual sources), click Apply, open a terminal and run sudo apt update then install all of the updates when the update notifier icon turns green. You should probably also install the Debian 5.8 kernel from MX Package installer, Popular Applcations tab, Kernels section to get the full AHS suite, then select it as the default in MX Boot Options and reboot. You may also need to rerun the Nvidia driver installer tool and install the 4.50 driver from the test repo as the OBS error relates to your video driver which is currently 4.18. Do this after updating your kernel, and also the system with the ahs goodies.

There is no AHS repro?? I am running 19.3 fully updated though.

Have you ever enabled and installed anything from the third-party deb-multimedia repo? That can break nvenc.
