[solved]application menu shows weird

Help with the version of MX KDE officially released by the Development Team.
When asking for help, use Quick System Info from MX Tools. It will be properly formatted using the following steps.
1. Click on Quick System Info in MX Tools
2. Right click in your post and paste.

As below, it only shows a drop down menu from title bar, not normal expand style

and it seems the default button in decoration doesn't work.

Please post your full quick system info (just run it, and hit paste in a reply), that will give us hopefully more info.
