I see your menu icon at the top of the dock, and then MX tools, Thunar, and settings icons. What's the next icon down (#5), and the one two down from that (#7)? What programs are those for?
Primary Computer - Commodore 64: Processor - MOS 6510/8500, 1.023MHz; Memory - 64kb RAM, 20kB ROM - 8k BASIC V2, 8k Kernel, 4k Character ROM; Display output - 320x200, 16 colours; OS - BASIC V2.0; Weight: 1.8kg

OK, I'll stop with this. Using an image called wallhaven-725196 posted by Lysander666 in the Slackware thread on LQ:

This one is *simple* though I like it. But we have a great one coming for the tint2 toolbar from ceeslans that is being tested now.

Here is a screenshot showing what this weather-widget may look like after testing is finished.

It places an icon in the toolbar, displaying a pictogram of the current weather condition + current temperature.
This tint2-executor will obtain geo-location details by default - or a fixed location can be set. It also has an option to set the system to 'metric' (celcius) or to 'imperial' (fahrenheit).
When left-clicking the icon, detailed information about the current weather conditions is displayed in a pop-up window (here shown as a notify message)

It uses OpenWeatherMaps services.
You will need to register to obtain a (free) api-key, which is to be inserted in the script(s).

This script requires 'jq' to be installed, for JSON data parsing.

The weather application looks great, but the simple wttr.in-widget shows you the forecast for three days (morning, afternoon, evening and night). And on that screenshot there is only current weather, so you can just look through the window to get the same information. ;) So is it really worth registering and installing the dependencies?
