Like your first one best Jean-Pierre.
Personally, the little circle to the right looks like a MATE symbol.
A subtle hint (confirmed by previous "poster").
A dark, forest green would be nice to see.
Also, maybe instead of that MATE circle, i would align the MX symbol behind the first letters... but that's an opinion.

No it is not the first Frenglish thread, and not the first where I made my previous comment either ;) There is a forum especially made for French (and other languages) posts.

I like them. Maybe a darker blue color accent to go with KDE?
