Hello dolphin_oracle
Desktop Toolbox Icon

+Add Panel
a menu item included in Desktop Toolbox for +Add Panel ? It is not there.

+Add Panel is in the Desktop right-click menu.

It's there in mine:
Image
but then I haven't changed the theme or look and feel as I'm beta-testing the out-of-the-box version of MX-KDE as we all should be doing. I just checked in the three included themes, Breeze, Breeze Dark and MX, and add panel is present in all of the desktop right-click menus. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're reporting? I don't have any Desktop Toolbox application anywhere in the menu when I search it, I just right-click on the desktop and add panel is one of the selections in all themes and looks-and-feels.

@i_ri: now I see what you're talking about, the "cashew" in the upper-right corner. No, add panel's not among the selections there. I don't know if those menu selections can be changed without actually modifying Debian's KDE Plasma package though, which probably wouldn't be something that the MX devs would want to do if they can avoid it so they can let upstream Debian deal with any future updates to it. But wait until the devs (Dophin etc.) are online and let them decide.

By default there is a checkbox in the update MX but there is no legend to know what it is. What does it correspond to?

Both in KDE beta 1 and beta 2, I have installed a liquorix 5.7 kernel but although it starts and goes to the Login, after writing the password the screen remains black with the cursor active and doesn't advance. I have to turn off with the button and start with the 5.6 kernel and delete the 5.7. It doesn't work even if I start with Systemd.

That is more likely to be a problem with your hardware not being compatible with the 5.7 kernel.

Can you boot MX Linux AHS version (with Xfce), and successfully use the 5.7 kernel?

If you installed nvidia drivers before you changed kernel, depending on method used to install the kernel the drivers might not have rebuilt.

I don't use Nvidia, I use Intel and by the way, if I set from Tweak tab other Use Intel driver, when I restart and work the screen starts flashing and blinking, I have to go back to the default driver it has. My computer is from 2018 with solid disk and 4 gb RAM

I only have MX KDE beta 2 installed as my only operating system.
On another machine but with different features if I have XFCE installed but I don't think it's useful to do the test there.
