Nice work already. Thanks a lot.
Didn't try it myself for now, but it seems someone have found a bug with Muon :

I cannot duplicate this. After entering the password the sources dialog pops up where you can edit the sources.
I think, he entered the wrong (root's) password instead of user-password. kdesu seem to have a bug, when entering wrong password it hangs.
Yes, you're right. I just receive his confirmation. False problem. Sorry for that.

Don't run gparted it generates all kind or krunner errors that are hard to get out of.
Or maybe it is just my system.
Just tried it, no problems, works as it should.

Hello dolphin_oracle and everyone
automount
plugging in data usb is automounting.
In the settings for Removable Storage, Removable Devices, Configure automatic handling of removable storage media,
the topmost box "Enable" automatic mounting of removable media
is empty, unchecked, not marked.

I haven't been able to get Ksnip to work as well in KDE as it does with XFCE. It closes without saving and overlays the captures. A disaster.
For now it's the only problem I have, everything else works perfectly.

Nevermind on the gparted thing. I don't even have it installed. I don't know what happened.
I think there is a kparted. I will look into that.

richb wrote: Wed Jul 08, 2020 7:31 am Same result for me. Installed copyQ and QSI showed in copyQ but not native clipboard. Second trial and shows in both.
I just tested in a fresh VM install. I installed xclip then rebooted, wondering if that would also cause QSI to get copied to the native KDE clipboard as xclip's only 26k, but no joy.
Can't replicate that, it works perfectly fine in my live VM:

It might be a timing issue that might be fixed by the latest sddm-init package, or a user issue: how do you copy with middle-mouse click or Ctrl+V?
Now i can't replicate it anymore either, on a fresh reinstall. It was probably the timing issue you mentioned. BTW I wasn't copying anything, just running QSI and letting the script do the copying.

Hello dolphin_oracle and everyone
handling dockapps
dockapps initiate in the upper left corner and can be moved anywhere on the desktop.
