Sync Thunderbird across computers
I am running MX19 on several devices and currently have my Thunderbird profile on dropbox. Unfortunately my file size is getting close to 2gb and so I am looking for an alternative. I have four email addresses (1 imap, 3 pop3). I have cloud accounts on Mega and google drive but not sure whether either of these is suitable to do the same as dropbox. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: Sync Thunderbird across computers
I haven't tried POP because of folder size and sync problems, but if I had to guess about how you keep your profile in sync then I suppose you just keep the mail folder in dropbox as you say.
If the only problem is that your Dropbox account is running out of space then you could check out the Nextcloud (https://nextcloud.com/) alternative which offer servers with more than 2 GB storage.
You could also try a local storage solution with Syncthing (https://syncthing.net/) where you can sync folders between your computers without using remote servers (the only drawback is that in order to keep the folders in sync between two computers for example, they have to be both on power otherwise you cannot sync while one of them is offline) and the only storage limit is your disk size.
In my opinion it would be better to turn all your accounts to IMAP.
If the storage size is not the only limitation in your question about your POP accounts then please give some more details about the restrictions.
p.s.: I guess you have a free Mega account since the PRO ones offer huge amount of storage space.
