Nice layout. Is the bottom panel a second XFCE panel or a different program?

By the way, there is an existing MX19 screenshots thread here: viewtopic.php?f=95&t=53270

for members to post their screenshots in.
Desktop: Intel i5-4460, 16GB RAM, Intel integrated graphics
Clevo N130WU-based Ultrabook: Intel i7-8550U (Kaby Lake R), 16GB RAM, Intel integrated graphics (UEFI)
ASUS X42D laptop: AMD Phenom II, 6GB RAM, Mobility Radeon HD 5400

Might be the XFCE panel, but the OP might just be running Compiz. You can get window previews with it.

This is the DockX panel + Compiz1.
To do this, I deleted the new Compiz, installed the old one, and fixed the packages.
Work stably.
The processor is not loaded.
The old Compiz has a plugin compatible with KDE it allows you to do previews in DockX
