Thai User Manual Translation

I'm making videos about MX Linux in Thai language on my YouTube channel. I'd like to make a Thai version of the "MX User Manual" and include it in those videos. But I don't know where to start, any ideas?

This could be a big project for you and I expect that you would find words and phrases that do not have Thai equivalents. The basic method
would be to just work through the Manual and do the translation line by line.

Google translate does include translation into Thai. but there are many mistakes. However, using Google translate does keep the
layout and structure correct so that a possible method could be to make a Google translation and then correct this into proper Thai.
| have looked at this for a couple of other languages that used the same alphabet symbols as English but have not attempted it for
other alphabets. If you wish, I could test the Google translation for you.

I see, checked the English Manual on the main site and found this. I've used the version supplied with the installer ISO instead.

You are looking at the wrong thing. S1 is the first English section, S2 the second, etc. And those LibreOffice files are identical to what is installed.

I do not think we are looking at the wrong thing.
You said that those LibreOffice files are identical to what is installed, and mxum.pdf is found at /usr/local/share/doc directory.

In order to directly edit a users' manual by LibreOffice, we had to get .odt format files, as .pdf files can not be edited by LibleOffice.

S1 etc. are .odt files, from which the pdf is assembled.
