xfce4-mailwatch-plugin in MX-19

It's not possible to install xfce4-mailwatch-plugin from synaptic nor from MX Package installer (message: "Depends: xfce-panel (<4.13) but 4.14.1-1-mx19+1 is to be installed").

But the same version of xfce4-mailwatch-plugin works properly on xfce-panel 4.14 in Mint Xfce 19.3. Please: update this plugin. Thank you.
