It's antiX 17.4 base, 658MiB on-disk size (ext4 fs), 690MB per Transmission (slightly smaller than the 17.3 base iso.) It should fit on a 700MiB CD.

I don't know if this will work or not. It's my first try at creating a torrent. Maybe a few others could download and seed it for you? Meanwhile I'm seeding it with no bandwidth or ratio limits.
