Not a problem, there's no need for this to be high on anybody's list except my own

I upgraded to 19.12.17 but don't have the Leave submenu with Shutdown.

Thanks, Chris. BTW: could you cross-post your image where fluxbox looks like Windows 95? It raises a couple of interesting questions IMO.

Re: MX-Fluxbox 1.0 released
I had to rerun the mxflux_install.sh script to get the Leave submenu.meurglys wrote: Wed Dec 18, 2019 11:38 am I upgraded to 19.12.17 but don't have the Leave submenu with Shutdown.

Re: MX-Fluxbox 1.0 released
That makes sense, thanks.
BTW, since you're on the phone, could you please check the startup file for how I dealt with Updater? Wasn't sure what to do exactly.

Tried that...no dice!
Re: MX-Fluxbox 1.0 released
Tried what? Are you familiar with how MX Updater works?

Re: MX-Fluxbox 1.0 released
I upgraded through apt-get dist-upgrade to get the latest version of mx-fluxbox, then I tried to re-install it from the mx package manager
Re: MX-Fluxbox 1.0 released
I would have called the apt-notifier-unhide-Icon script to autostart the Updater. But I'm seeing the Updater icon superimposed over the time (I moved the clock over to the far right with the systray immediately to the left of it), I don't see that with the way you're starting it. I also installed the fbautostart package which might be having an effect too.Jerry3904 wrote: Wed Dec 18, 2019 12:25 pm That makes sense, thanks.

Re: MX-Fluxbox 1.0 released
So you know there is a two-step process, right? See OP if not.meurglys wrote: Wed Dec 18, 2019 12:40 pm I upgraded through apt-get dist-upgrade to get the latest version of mx-fluxbox, then I tried to re-install it from the mx package manager
