Re: MX-19 Beta 2.1 Feedback
Message from Synaptic:
This is also true for Copenhagen, Denmark. These are the only two I have tried so far. The original setting (Salt Lake, USA?) didn't have this problem, but it was slow.
It will prevent installation from MXPI (unless you disable antiX repo I guess) and also refresh of antiX repo in Synaptic.
Apart from this minor repo issue, MX-19 feels just as solid as MX-17/18.

Code: Select all
The repository 'http://it.mxrepo.com/antix/ buster Release' does not have a Release file.
It will prevent installation from MXPI (unless you disable antiX repo I guess) and also refresh of antiX repo in Synaptic.

Note to self and others: SysVinit is a good option. However if you run into problems try with systemd first. This applies to AppImages, Flatpaks, GitHub packages and even some Debian packages.

Maybe this oneThere is somewhere a package that detects dock and undock event

Re: MX-19 Beta 2.1 Feedback
This is petty, but automount takes 15 seconds to pop up notification and open Thunar, much slower than other distros I've used. That seems excessive. Is it?
