Re: MX-19 Beta 2.1 Feedback
I made some appearance changes, then used the User Manager tool to create a second user. I copied full configuration across to the new user.
When I log in as the new user, two speaker icons appear in the N/A. The original user does not have this problem. Rebooting doesn't fix it. If I untick the single entry for the speaker in the N/A properties dialogue, both speakers disappear.

Also if the panel is vertical?
When you click them one at a time, are both the same app?

This has been happening to me with MX-18.3 too. I just unticked the single entry for the speaker and both disappeared, since I don't need them.

Instead of flipping the panel, could you just doJayM wrote: Tue Sep 10, 2019 4:30 am I just tried changing to the Intel video driver instead of modset in MX Tweaks: no change after restarting. Also I found that the 1280x1020 resolution is still not showing up in QSI after using MX Tweak to change the panel to horizontal and back, which causes the panel to appear as normal on the external monitor for my current session (it doesn't survive a reboot or log out/log in.)

Is the first user still logged in when you do this?
Could you look in session and startup for the second user. I have been messing with the desktop.defaults and it's possible.you've found a problem if the new settings have been applied.to your new user.
Specifically look.for pulseaudiostart and volumeicon

Questions about antix Advert Blocker.
Could you explain why by visiting the sites you place to bookmark, the browser returns me that they are unsafe or that it has nothing to do with the subject?
I leave you the screenshots:

Thanks for the report, finally got that fixed. Just waiting for a new build and an update. Hopefully the fix doesn't result in any regressions.Jerry3904 wrote: Mon Sep 09, 2019 5:03 am On MX Date & Time > Hardware clock: Time zone for Hardware Clock shows neither choice checked.
