Yeah those are all in Synaptic.
Well yes, synaptic lists all of the packages in the Debian repositories.

My point was that the metapackages exist to allow easy installation for all of Debian's "finest" games and I linked the package pages so that people could see what those games are if they wanted to install any of them individually.

There are many. I switch to Linux 16 years ago. All I did the first 1 and 1/2 years, was nothing but Linux games.

Penguin Command
Prey(2006)
World of Goo
Mad Skills Motocross
Xonotic
Amnesia: The Dark Descent
Penumbra: Black Plague
Penumbra: Overture
Penumbra: Requiem
Cube 2: Sauerbraten
World of Padman
Alien Arena
Minecraft
PokerTH
Frozen Bubble
Trigger Rally
Abuse
Chromium B.S.U.

Bsdgames
Briquolo
Burgerspace
Neverball
Neverputt
Open-invaders
Pinball(Emilia Pinball Emulator)
Brutalchess
Dreamchess
Aisleriot
Foobillardplus
Lbreakout2
Openarena
Pingus
Supertuxkart
Swell Foop
https://blends.debian.org/games/tasks/index

I never stop gaming when I made the switch. I just change how I game. Oh, there is a ton more....I can't remember them all.

Sparky, look for 'em listed within synaptic (not MXpackageinstaller).
If you found a game title of interest, for instance "ballz" mentioned on the webpage, search in synaptic to find your ballz
