Reason:
I was informed that Oracle have it patched so that it will be able to provide two arguments to initrd.
This would help to boot Archlinux or Manjaro.

Not sure what the packagers will say, but we rarely (maybe never) have packaged a release candidate.

As an experiment, builds fail for MX 18 with gcc-6 and the experimental gcc-8 which the original debian config wants, but succeed on a vanilla Buster base. So wait for MX 19 before we go further.
