Re: LXQt and KDE respins - personal projects
Anyone still running Adrian's KDE spin regularly? How is it holding up?
Re: LXQt and KDE respins - personal projects
Yes, I have his kde respin as my regular system running on amd 64 and his workbench running on my test machine also a amd 64. Have had no problems at all with his spins and really appreciate them. Great work from Adrian!.

Another satisfied user. Of course, I did some tweaks related to original Xfce applications by default.

Re: LXQt and KDE respins - personal projects
Thanks! I tried it awhile back on a portable drive. I'm thinking about a permanent install using it.JBoman wrote: Wed Jun 05, 2019 5:10 pm Yes, I have his kde respin as my regular system running on amd 64 and his workbench running on my test machine also a amd 64. And agreed--much appreciate Adrian's work!
Re: LXQt and KDE respins - personal projects
If you install it make sure you upgrade it first (at least the installer, since it got good deal of improvements), I might release a updated ISO but I cannot promise anything...

Re: LXQt and KDE respins - personal projects
I've been running it since mid February. Runs great with no problems. Best KDE build I have ran.KBD wrote: Wed Jun 05, 2019 4:18 pm Anyone still running Adrian's KDE spin regularly? How is it holding up?

Awesome. I always liked Debian with KDE, especially as it was my first distro.Max17 wrote: Thu Jun 06, 2019 12:23 pm I've been running it since mid February. Runs great with no problems. Best KDE build I have ran.![]()
Re: LXQt and KDE respins - personal projects
I was one of the early adoters when Adrian first released it. It's been my workhorse since then with no problems.
