Is this the correct driver, or should I reinstall using kmathern's instructions? At this point, I don't mind.
The 304.xxx driver is correct for your GeForce 6100. It does look like sgfxi installs a slightly newer version, 304.119 vs 304.117 that my script will install from wheezy-backports. Either of them should work.

Also when synaptic says I have updates, is it safe to install those? It wants to install the Linux 3.12 kernel and headers from

Do I turn off the wheezy main repo? And just use antix, wheezy security, and wheezy backports?

Thanks!
I went ahead and installed the updates including the kernel update. Rebooted and have no issues. In fact have done a few updates from wheezy main.

Thank you, kmathern. Then I'll just keep using this install.

OK, thank you, richb. Then MX-14 is using a Debian kernel?

Wheezy had a point release update yesterday (7.3 -> 7.4) which accounts for most of the updates. I think 3 or 4 updates are MX related updates.

Yes it is based on debian and uses its repositories along with antix repos.

What about adding ''killall tumblerd'' to Thunars Custom actions, or as a launcher on the panel.
